Terms of Service.
Effective June 10, 2026. Plain words, no surprises.
1. What you're buying
DialWRX sells custom digital turret tapes: PDF files computed from the ballistic and turret data you enter. The product is delivered electronically (by browser download and email) immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped.
2. Your data, your responsibility
The tape is computed directly from the inputs you provide. If your velocity, ballistic coefficient, zero range, sight height, turret specifications, or other inputs are wrong, the tape's marks will be wrong. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
3. Scope compatibility
It is your responsibility to confirm, before purchase, that your scope has an exposed elevation turret with enough room to wrap a printed tape. Scopes with coin-slot or capped adjustments, or with no usable turret surface, are not compatible. See the compatibility guide, or contact us with a photo of your turret before buying if you're unsure.
4. Corrections, refunds, and cancellations
The look of your tape is never locked. You may restyle a purchased tape (colors, background, wrap count, tape height, and yards or meters) any time, free, from your order history.
Environmental updates are free for the life of your order: you may regenerate your tape with new altitude, temperature, and humidity values any time, without limit, from your order history.
For 7 days after purchase you may also correct mistyped ballistic inputs (velocity, zero range, and sight height) and regenerate your tape once. Your bullet selection (ammunition, ballistic coefficient, weight, and drag model) stays locked to the original purchase, and those ballistic inputs lock once the 7-day window closes.
Because this is a custom digital product generated and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the tape has been generated. If something is genuinely wrong on our end (a generation failure, a layout defect, or a file that doesn't match your inputs), contact us at info@dialwrx.com and we'll make it right.
5. Verify before you rely on it: safety first
A turret tape is a reference aid, not a substitute for live-fire verification. Before relying on any tape in the field, you must confirm your dial settings against actual shooting at known distances. Ballistic calculations are estimates; real-world results vary with conditions, equipment, and ammunition.
You are solely responsible for the safe and lawful use of your firearm. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DialWRX is not liable for missed shots, property damage, injury, or any other consequence arising from use of our products. Firearms are dangerous: every shot you take is your decision and your responsibility.
6. Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one, keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account page; see the privacy policy for what happens to your data.
7. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no automated scraping of the generator, no attempts to bypass payment, no reselling of generated tapes as your own product or service.
8. Intellectual property
You own your inputs and may print and use your purchased tapes without limit for personal use. The DialWRX name, logo, software, and tape layout designs remain our property.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The effective date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
